ROI Model

What the math looks like at 5,000 claims per month

A claims operation processing 5,000 FNOL filings per month at the Pilot rate pays $6,250/month. If each claim took 40 minutes of handler time to process manually at a fully-loaded cost of $28/hour, that is $93,333 in monthly labor for intake alone.

Adjustsage replaces the intake labor cost with $6,250, a 93% reduction in per-claim processing cost, while freeing handlers to spend time on coverage decisions and customer communication.

Monthly volume 5,000 claims
Pilot rate $1.25 / claim
Adjustsage cost $6,250 / mo
Manual intake labor $93,333 / mo
Monthly savings $87,083
Cost reduction 93%

Pricing and billing FAQ

A claim is counted when it completes the full pipeline: ingestion, extraction, and delivery of a structured event to your CMS endpoint. Claims that fail at ingestion due to corrupt or unreadable documents are not counted. Duplicate submissions detected within the 24-hour dedup window are not counted.
Pilot is capped at 10,000 claims per month. If you exceed the cap, processing pauses and you are notified. You can either upgrade to Production for that month (retroactively applied at $0.85) or request a temporary overage at $1.25 per additional claim. We do not automatically charge overages without notification.
There is no setup fee for Pilot. Production includes a dedicated onboarding engineer at no additional cost. Custom integrations with proprietary CMS systems that require significant bespoke development may involve a one-time professional services fee, which is quoted separately before any work begins.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The Production annual commitment starts from the upgrade date, not from your original Pilot start date. Claims processed during Pilot are not retroactively repriced.
