Adjustsage was founded in 2024 by a team that spent careers inside P&C carriers watching the same problem repeat itself: intelligent, experienced claims professionals spending the majority of their day transcribing documents instead of making coverage decisions.
We built Adjustsage to automate the intake pipeline precisely and specifically, not with a general-purpose AI wrapper, but with a purpose-trained system designed for the vocabulary, document types, and routing logic of property and casualty insurance.
The claims handler shortage is real. The claims document backlog is a choice.

CTO and Co-founder
ML engineer with prior roles at Verisk and a specialty insurance data platform. Designed the NER model architecture and ingestion pipeline that powers the Adjustsage core.
DDmitri Volkov
Head of Integrations
10 years as a technical architect specializing in Guidewire and Duck Creek implementations at large P&C carriers. Leads all carrier integration projects and API design.
Our Location
Hartford, CT
Adjustsage is based in Hartford, the insurance capital of the United States. Being located in the same city as dozens of P&C carriers and reinsurers means we are a short drive from the operations teams we serve.
We work on-site with pilot customers during integration and keep a standing offer for any Hartford-area carrier to visit our office and see a live pipeline run on their own documents.
